Why Mr President is the FBI in Afghanistan? Do you not understand that Al-Qaeda and the Taliban are enemy combatants not some common street gang? These people declared war when they attacked the US. Is there time that terrorist shoud be seen as criminals? I believe the answer is yes. The Oklahoma City bombing should be dealt with as a criminal act, but when a group raises an army and has thousands of followers you must treat them like an army.
Mr President please do not return us to a time when all terrorist were seen as criminals. President Bush understood that these guys were not criminals they are our enemies who wish to see us dead. So Mr President do not take us back to the old school style of dealing with terrorist.

Mr President the Taliban and Al-Qaeda have no right to the US Miranda Rights they are fighting our soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. What is wrong with you Sir?
