Today i have set back and watched the news unfolded in two different countries and more importantly how our beloved President Obama has respond to them. Mr. Obama whole heartly refused to condemn then murdering thugs in Iran and fully embraced the Chavez pawn President Manuel Zelaya. For any who as of yet do not know President Zelaya is the president of the South American nation of Honduras.
In one country we see the students of Iran fighting for the voices to be heard and their votes to count and in another we see another nation where the current leadership is trying to rig false results. In Iran Mr. Obama has clearly said he does not want to be seen as meddling in the affears of another country. So he would not stand on the side of the people who are searching for a true democratic change but will stand for a man who is seeking to do an end run around his nations constitution to end term limits. We do not need more many Chavez's on our doorstep but our President Obama seems to think that this is not a bad thing but something to be embraced.
I wish the good people in the Honduras military and government had waited till the elections to see if Mr. Zelaya would try to push the issue of ignoring his nations constitution and supreme court's term limits and if he did then that would have been the time to move. Now all he has to do is say I was just checking the will of the people on their idea of term limits and was never going to over stay my welcome. The one good thing about this action is if Zelaya does manage to return to power after being kicked out of his country you can pretty much bet that he will not try to stay after his term is up.
So we see the way Obama is operating here he supports fraudulant elections in Iran and refuse to be seen as meddling there while he demands the Honduras governement reinstates their ousted president. He supports or at least refuses to condemn the nation of Iran for what appears to be a fraudulant election and supports someone who is moddeling himself after Hugo Chavez.
So here's my question to the world if Obama manages by some Major miracle to win another election will he, and some of his democratic cronies, push to once more end presidentual term limits in this country?
Is it the goal of the Chosen One to become President 4 Life?
