9.   Right for the Court to Rule

a. For any rights not found here the Courts will be given the Right to make new laws that will aid the Liberal Rule (the Liberal’s do it anyways so it might as well be official).

10.                    Right for Government to Rule

a. Finally for all must remember that it is We the Government that Rules

b.   The Government has the power to do as it wishes (as long as it is a liberal government).

This is of course being written in a silly way to try and prove a point, and that point is the government is not a tool of the Liberal but a tool of the People. The Declaration of Independence declared: We the People not, We the Government and as citizens of this fine nation we must step back and think about that. Do we really want to rely on government for everything in life or do we want to be independent individuals who rely on our family, friends and local civil communities, such as our Church’s and local groups. The government is a great tool and is there to do things for us that we as individuals cannot do for ourselves like raise an army to defend us. But that is all that government is, a tool to better our lives but is not a tool for the so called elites in this nation to lord over us with.

The biggest mistake that this nation has allowed was when we gave the Federal government the power to approach upon States rights. Over the centuries the Fed has wormed its way into everyone’s personal lives when it was designed to be a pretty weak body. The Federal government blackmails the States and groups into doing what It wants if they wish to gain any federal aid. This is not a limited federal government but a strong central one controlled be a handful of very rich and very powerful groups of people. No longer do our leaders (for the most part) represent us but, instead represents they represent a small portion of their constituency.

The founding fathers realized that the Constitution did not provide enough protection to the citizens of the nation so they went back and added the Bill of Rights, not to protect them from each other but instead from their government. They had fought a hard war for freedom and they did not want to create a new nation of tyrants so they placed limits on the government and gave us, the people, protection from the new government.

If any of our founding fathers were to awake from their tombs today and pick up a news paper or watch a television they would be stunned to see what happened to their dream. We have come so far from the path of Liberty and personal Freedoms that the Founders would fail to recognize their nation not because of advanced technologies but do to the bastardization of the Constitution and the Federal Government.

So in closing I must write that “We the People” once more are demanding freedom from Tyranny and freedom from our government. The United States federal government MUST once more become a limited one and give Us back Our rights as stated in the US Constitution.
